Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you recieved your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us your order confirmation.

How long does it take to deliver the order?
The terms depend on localization. Typically the packages sent via Standard Post take up to 14 days.

Delivery time with parcel terminal Omniva (Latvia, Lithuania)
Parcel will arrive at the parcel machine of destination within two days, except for Sundays.

Delivery time with parcel terminal Smartpost (Finland)
Delivery time to Helsingi is 1-3 work days.
Delivery time outside of Helsingi is 3-5 work days.
