Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you recieved your order, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Special orders

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us your order confirmation.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Shipping with DPD or Standard Post

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are refundable only in Estonia.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Returning your product with Omniva parcel terminal

  • Take the parcel you want to return to the nearest self-service terminal.
  • Press the touchscreen and choose necessary language. Then select function “Return parcel” on the menu.
  • Enter the return code which you received by SMS message or e-mail.
  • Attach label of the parcel on the packing. You may find label of the parcel in the section under the payment terminal.
  • Put your parcel to the locker which has opened, close the door and by pressing button “Confirm”, which has appeared on the screen, confirm the transfer of the parcel.
  • If you wish, you can print a receipt of the parcel.


If your parcel has a barcode and you choose an option of parcel return, all you have to do is to scan the barcode.

Returning your product with Smartpost parcel terminal 

  • Take the parcel you want to return to the nearest self-service terminal.
  • Press the touchscreen and choose necessary language. Then select function “Return parcel” on the menu.
  • Enter the return code which you received by SMS message or e-mail.
  • Put your parcel to the locker which has opened, close the door and by pressing button “Confirm”, which has appeared on the screen, confirm the transfer of the parcel.
  • If you wish, you can print a receipt of the parcel.
